1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the CallExpress.ai service and website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

CallExpress.ai receives missed-call notifications and can send a reply SMS to the original caller from a number configured for your business. Messages are conversational/informational and tied to the original inbound communication.

3. SMS program terms

By enabling SMS features, you authorize conversational/informational follow-up messages in response to inbound calls or inbound texts. You represent that your messaging use complies with applicable law, including TCPA and carrier requirements.

Message frequency: typically one message per missed call unless the recipient replies and continues the conversation. Message and data rates may apply based on recipient carrier plans.

Opt-out and help keywords: recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Once opted out, no further SMS messages are sent unless consent is reestablished.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You will not use the service to send marketing campaigns, spam, harassment, or unlawful content through the missed-call SMS workflow.
  • You are responsible for accurate business configuration, lawful consent practices, and honoring customer communication preferences.
  • You will pay invoices when due. We may suspend accounts for nonpayment after notice.

5. Our responsibilities

  • We will operate the service with commercially reasonable uptime.
  • We process STOP and HELP requests for the managed messaging workflow.
  • We do not sell personal information and do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We use service providers as needed to deliver functionality (for example, telephony, hosting, database, and billing providers).

6. Limitations

CallExpress.ai is provided as-is. Carrier delivery and mobile network availability are outside our control, and we do not guarantee delivery, bookings, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Fees and cancellation

You may cancel by written notice. Recurring services stop renewing at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse, nonpayment, or legal/compliance risk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
